Private Member Events
The Nature Pointe HOA Member Event Policy (approved on July 15, 2021) outlines the privileges, limitations, and responsibilities of Event Host Members for use of Nature Pointe facilities for private “exclusive use” Member Events. Please review the Nature Pointe HOA Member Event Policy, complete an HOA Member Event Rental Contract, and contact the Nature Pointe Venue Director if you would like to schedule a Private Member Event.
Event Cleaning Requirements
Each event coordinator for any event that is held at the Clubhouse needs to make sure that certain cleaning activities are completed at the end of every event. Please review the Event Cleaning Requirements and make sure that all items are completed. A copy of these requirements is also available in the Kitchen, above the ice machine for your reference.
