Nature Pointe CC&Rs
The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) contain the rules of the neighborhood and govern what you can, cannot, or must do with respect to your home. As a reminder, changes to existing homes that are visible to neighboring lots are required to have ACC approval.

Design Guidelines
The Design Guidelines contain guidelines for home building, landscaping, fencing, out buildings, etc.
HOA Bylaws
The Bylaws are the adopted guidelines for the administration and management of the Nature Pointe HOA.
Mediation Agreement
The Nature Pointe HOA is bound by the terms in the Mediation Agreement.
Clubhouse Rule Book
In order for everyone to be kept safe and have maximum enjoyment of the clubhouse facilities, a set of rules have been established. Please review the Clubhouse Rule Book. If you have guests who are joining you at the clubhouse, this document includes a Guest Contract and a place for your guests to sign this contract acknowledging their responsibilities when using our clubhouse. This document also includes a Wellness Center Contract and a Children’s Contract.
Policy for HOA Member Events at Nature Pointe Facilities
The Nature Pointe HOA Member Event Policy (approved on July 15, 2021) outlines the privileges, limitations, and responsibilities of Event Host Members for use of Nature Pointe facilities for private “exclusive use” Member Events. Please review the Nature Pointe HOA Member Event Policy, complete an HOA Member Event Rental Contract, and contact the Nature Pointe Venue Director if you would like to schedule a Private Member Event.
Policy for Alcoholic Beverage Service at Clubhouse Events
The Nature Pointe Policy for Alcoholic Beverage Service at Clubhouse Events (approved on July 15, 2021) describes the options, features, and requirements regarding the service of alcoholic beverages at both HOA Member and Non-Member Events at the Nature Pointe Clubhouse. Please review the Policy if you wish to enjoy alcoholic beverages at the NP Clubhouse.
Violations Policy
Rules and Covenants were established for the safety and enjoyment of all members and guests. The Nature Pointe Violations Policy has been created for those who violate the rules.
