Reserve Study
This presentation was given at the 2014 Annual Meeting of the Home Owner’s Association. It takes a look at Nature Pointe Financial trends over the last four years (2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013). It also attempts to estimate future expenses at Nature Pointe based on analysis from these 4 years and on a United States Department of Agriculture study of 2,793 buildings in their inventory where they have considered Operation, Sustainment, and Recapitalization costs. The goal of this analysis and presentation is to get within plus or minus 10 percent on future costs at Nature Pointe for common areas presently understood to be a part of the Home Owner’s Association.
